CNC Turning
Precision turned components to your requirements
Here at Genesis we have built up and maintained our reputation for CNC turning through continued investment in the latest machinery and highly skilled staff.
Whether your requirement is, one off to high volume, parts are produced to the highest quality and accuracy on our 5 axis twin turret machines. Cam software is used to program the more complex parts. We can machine parts from most materials ranging from exotic alloys, stainless, aluminium, brass, mild steel, ceramics and plastics and to the most demanding of tolerances.
Parts can be anodised or plated to your requirements or if no finish is required then ultrasonically cleaned prior to packing and delivery or ready for in-house assembly.
Being ISO 9001-2015 certified ensures that quality control is maintained throughout the manufacturing processes.
Manual turning capability is also available where the need for CNC is not required.
